Πρωτοχτίστηκε από τον Άγιο Διονύσιο τον 16ο αιώνα. Σήμερα έχει ανακατασκευαστεί.
Σε όσους προσκυνητές – ορειβάτες φθάνουν εκεί χαρίζει την ευλογία του και την καταπληκτική θέα που κόβει την ανάσα.
☀️🏔️ The Chapel of Prophet Elias is the highest located chapel in the Balkans. It is located on the Plateau of the Muses, at an altitude of 2803 meters, 10 minutes from the shelter of S.E.O., at the homonymous peak.
It was first built by Saint Dionysios in the 16th century. Today it has been reconstructed.
Tradition has it that pilgrims - climbers, who arrive there, are graced with the Prophet's blessing and the amazing view at the point is considered as simply breathtaking.
