Theocharis Mpikiropoulos was born in Villigen(Stuttgart) in Germany.

He started writing articles at the age of 16 years old at Katerini with important journalistic successes
Founder and co-editor of the newspaper “options of Katerini “.
He was also the co-editor of the magazines WEEK, MUST and “MUST-4 SEASONS” since the decade of the ’90s until the year of 2005.
He became the principal of the local radio and television news channel, television presenter of the news and broadcasts. He cooperated with all the local newspapers.
He was also correspondent for some of the Athens social media, text writer for advertisements and speech writer. He worked as an press office and public relations manager, at prefectureς
and politic offices.
He was also a political planning and communicational service officer at candidates that were elected, he also joined at communicational and political planning teams.
Active member of a lot of groups with diverse actions.
Member of the «Greek Public relations company».
Also he was a «Coordinator» of the communication and social media team of the «Institute of Democracy, Konstantinos Karamanlis» during 2006 and 2007.
Since 2004 until January of 2008 he was a press office and public relations manager at the Ministry of Ηealth, in Athens.
Holder of the postgraduate title M.Sc «Service management at the Health department» of the National Public health department 2008-2010 (E.S.D.Y Member of: WHO,ASPHER,EAPHSS,EHMA,FICOSSER).
His studies and works were published at conference proceedings.
During 2007 he attended the Open University of booking club.
He was honoured by the Municipality of Katerini at 22-7-2006 «for his offer with his work spiritual life of Katerini and the Greek Letters». Publisher member and Co-president of “Union of authors of Pieria”.
Member of Union of Visual artists at Pieria.
Member of Artistic committee at the Festival Olympus 2016 .
Member of the critique committee of the 3rd all around Greece competition of poetry in 2017 of “history and art archive”.
He contributed at the 5th International Festival for Poetry in Patra,1-4 of September 2022,between 65 Greek and foreign poetry writers.

He lives and works in Katerini as an educator at “SAEK” of the Ministry of Health

Painting and sketching is also his favourite ways of showing himself. He participated in «Αικατερίνεια» 2008 (1-11-2008) with his sketch exhibition period 1981-2008.
His poems have been set to music by the composer Mpampi Navrozidi
His texts are included in the book «Λογοτεχνικες εκδοσεις,μαρτυριες και αφηγησεις στην Πιερια 1918-2010» Antonis Kalfas, Katerini 2011, from the cultural organization of the municipality Katerini.
At 26-1-2024, he organized with huge success at the spiritual center of Katerini the manifestation Health and disease in literatue, with his participation at the trainees of the Higher Vocational Training school from the ministry of health, his goal being the yearly establishment.
